Sounds like a nursery rhyme, correct? Does it sound like an emergency, too? Don’t worry, folks. It’s not. What it is, is a prank to prove something about Google not many people know of–those lovely Google dudes and dudettes have major senses of humor!
Why is that? Are we talking about the prank that Google will close down, and we’ll lose all our ability to search for our relevant topics, subjects, videos, music, articles, documents and everything else in the universe? No. That would just be cruel. Once Google got the drop on us saying that it was just a silly spoof, our faces would turn red, we’d get angry and we’d NEVER show our faces on Google ever again. And Google wouldn’t want that.
It has to be one of the funniest things to ever experience, and there’s a wonder if anyone else ever knows about it. Maybe Google’s filled with many, many practical jokes, tips, and tricks to entertain you in your web browsing regimen. But for sure, this is one of them. Here are the directions:
First, go ahead and type in ‘google.com’ on the URL space. It will then take you directly to Google’s home page. Your next step is to type in the search space of Google’s page the words “Google Gravity”. Go ahead and do that right now! Okay, good. Now this next step is very important…. You MUST click on the “I’m Feeling Lucky” tab. So go for it.
What you’ll see will make your jaw drop and consistent barrels of laughter will roll out of your mouth. Because what you will see is the whole darn home page of Google literally experiencing gravity! All the text, tabs, even the big Google sign will suddenly drop to the bottom of your computer screen. And the funniest part is you can use your pointer to actually pick up some of the words to throw around the white space!
