The large rounds of stimulus spending and expected economic reopening later in 2021 has some strategists and economists worried about inflation, but rising prices could be good news for some stocks, according to Morgan Stanley.
The bank’s chief U.S. equity strategist Mike Wilson said in a client note on Monday that stocks that are correlated with inflation could be poised for a breakout.
